Intake Meeting:

Face-to-face meetings will be held with both parents to provide the visit monitor with necessary information regarding the purpose, participants, and logistics of the visits, as well as to review court-mandated requirements such as frequency, duration, and location. Separate intake interviews will be conducted for the non-custodial parent (NCP) and custodial parent (CP) to discuss guidelines, rules, and complete necessary assessments and paperwork. These interviews aim to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the case and ensure the protection and well-being of the children involved. By addressing concerns and setting clear expectations during the intake process, both the parents and the monitor can assess compatibility for successful visitation arrangements.
